The Exquisite Fine Wines Delivered To Your Door by the DTCA Fine Wines Club Membership program are Special
The Quality of Wines Produced and Carried by the DTCA membership program is dependent on some specific factors. Some of these factors are as follows:
- The Natural Environment, and the Ecosystem of the Vineyard. The Climate, Topography, Soil Nutrients, and Water Supply influences the Flavor and Taste of wine.
It is so interesting that Water Supply has such an impact on the Flavor and Taste of the Fine Wine produced. Similarly Olive Oil produced in Morocco has a more Bitter, Delicate and Distinct Taste because of the very Arid nature of the Land and Climate when compared to olive oil produced in other regions of the world. For example, before I adopted my current eating pattern, I used olive oil lavishly for cooking and in my salads as dressing. Some of the brands I used were Bragg organic extra virgin olive oil, Spectrum organic extra virgin Mediterranean olive oil, and Grundy MD polyphenol rich olive oil. Guess which one is produced in Morocco. Also, which one do you think has both a production date and expiration date? The latter oil. I must tell you the tastes of these three olive oils are distinctly different. I prefer Grundy MD’s polyphenol olive oil, any day. I use this oil for my hair, and skin (the latter sometimes). I used it for cooking a lot in the past. It has a bitterness and freshness to it that is absolutely awesome. Grundy MD’s olive oil is probably the only olive oil I have ever used that is not rancified.

- Wine Producing is a Craft. The winemaking craft also influences the quality of Wine produced. The ability to transform Grapes to the Best Tasting Wines is largely dependent on the winemaking Talents of the Winemakers, which in part, depends on how long the winemakers have been in the business of making Fine Wines.
- Age worthiness is another Variable that Contributes to the Quality of Wine Produced. Fine Wines get Finer with Age. The longer wine is Naturally Curated, the Better the Quality and Taste, The age of wine is an important factor the differentiates True Fine Wine from ordinary wines. We have Looked at some factors that contribute to the making of True Fine Wines. Hold on a minute! We also have Wines that are Rare!
So What Are Rare Exquisite Fine Wines?
To qualify as Fine Wine, the Fine Wines, including those produced and carried by the DTCA Fine Wines Club Membership program are approximately 90% to 95% better than all other wines. Therefore, in general, Fine Wines are Expensive and Rare. Specifically, what makes Wine rare is the Production and Demand ratio.
What do I mean by the Production and Demand ratio of Wine? The production and demand ratio simply means the production of wine is driven by the demand for the wine. For instance, According to Wine Folly, the Best Grand Crus of Burgundy are made by the thousands. This is a High production of Fine Wines yearly. And, there is an equal high demand for Burgundy wines.
So, what does a Cru in Burgundy mean? A cru in Burgundy refers to a High Quality Vineyard. Often, these vineyards are split into parcels of land owned by different Wineries. Additionally, there are about 33 Grand Cru Vineyards in Burgundy. Although huge quantities of wine are produced, the Wines produced are Exclusive largely because these Wines are Aged, Reputable, and Taste Amazingly Delicious. Fine Wines from Burgundy are some of the most expensive wines on Earth.
Exquisite Fine Wines from the New World, California – Napa and Sonoma Valleys are Similar in Configuration to Wines from Burgundy.
Exquisite Fine Wines Delivered To Your Door through Our Direct To Consumer (DTC) Ambassador Fine Wine Membership program also fall into this Exclusive Fine and Rare Wine Category. DTCA Fine Wines are Naturally Curated and ONLY bottled when appropriately Aged. Our Fine Wines Taste Awesomely Delicious and Better with Time. And, they are wines you can Consume and Invest in.
My journey with Drinking Alcohol – Wine, and Others
During my university days, I used to drink alcohol just like many college students. For some reasons, I didn’t quite like drinking wines. I was more into Stout, Beer and there was Calypso Rum. Wow! Writing about my undergraduate days brings back very fond memories. A time in my life when the only thing I really worried about was to complete my degree with a high GPA. And then, proceed to what I really wanted to study. You see, I graduated from my undergrad as an Educationist. But, I wanted to be in the Helping Profession. Amazingly, now I am both – a Healer and an Educationist. The latter via my PBS blog and eventually, my podcast.
My University Days
When I think back to my university days, I can confidently say I wasn’t into drinking wine because most of the wines had funny colors. But, I have to say this! When I was younger, I wasn’t aware there was a difference between store bought wines, and True Fine Wines. Additionally, I certainly did not have the money to buy wines because a bottle of wine was more expensive than my regular Beers, Stout, and Calypso Rum.
Oh my! So, why didn’t I like drinking wine even when I didn’t have to buy a bottle for myself? Well, I think I have the answer to that question. It’s coming back to me now. Isn’t it amazing how our minds and memories work? I know for sure my resistance to drinking wine back in the day was the different COLORs the wine came in. I will never forget when I saw a bottle of Blue Wine for the first time. And, my peers at the party were all drinking it. That baffled me. Since I was in college, I was old enough to know Blue Wine cannot be natural. Or, so I thought.
Because of Fine Wine Education Since I joined my Online Community, I Now Know…
I was protected from the potential harmful effects of drinking cheap, poorly curated, and preservatives added store bought wines. My notion about Blue Wine was wrong. Oh boy!! Now I know there is a young blue wine called Blú Perfer made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. According to wine enthusiasts, Blú Perfer produces pleasant aromas of Passion Fruit, Cherry and Raspberry, which gives this wine its Character. This is some fantastic and awesome Wine Education. Don’t you think? I wondered to myself how White Grapes can produce blue wine. Interestingly, Anthocyanin, a pigment in the skin of Chardonnay grapes gives Blú Perfer its blue color.
