My Conclusions
As far as I am concerned, the same way hold our destinies in our hands, our lifestyle determines whether we are healthy or not. Whether we feel well, or not. When we predominantly eat junk food, we are most likely going to feel unwell. Then, why do we think we ought to feel well when we treat our body as a trash bin. As for me I do not eat any nonfoods.
